Air Capital Insurance was organized January
1, 2002 in Wichita, KS by Glenn Tate and Greg Hiser. Their goal
was to establish an aviation specialty agency, which could
distinguish itself through superior service. Their ideals and
practices have been formulated from over 20 years experience in
aviation insurance working for the leading brokers and
underwriters of the industry.
In 2004 Air Capital Insurance expanded its
operation with the opening of an office in the Dallas area, at
the Addison Airport. This office is operated under the management
of Cliff Gregory and primarily insures Helicopter risks.
In 2007 Air Capital Insurance purchased
Insurance Technologies and Programs, which is under the management
of Mary Humphrey. Insurance Technologies and Programs provides
complete coverage for Airshows and Airmeets, along with special
programs for aviation groups, i.e. Skydivers. See the complete
